We make the experience simple, we allow our clients to control the budget and we stand by our performance in every case. As a client of AGResearch you will be treated to our hourly fees and flat rate vs. a more traditional and costly project-based solution which in many cases includes high fees or percentages. Our true value is providing timely and accurate results without exceeding your budget.
Our Billing Process:
Our Research and Candidate Development divisions are billed on an hourly basis. Project hours are pre-determined and agreed upon during or prior to our project kick-off call. In cases where we can successfully complete the project using less than the approved hours we do NOT bill for the remaining hours, but simply bill for hours worked
Our Direct Hire business unit saves our clients money with our industry leading pricing. Our flat fee model reduces the typical industry commissions you pay and puts the financial advantage in our client’s hands as the fee is set prior to the start of the project. The standard 20% or greater commissions are replaced with our flat fee pricing based on salary levels. We have three salary levels that align with our flat fee pricing: |  |
