Patti T. Mayer
Chief Executive Officer
Patti joined AGResearch in 2003 as Financial Director, assumed the role of Chief Operating Officer in July 2007 and the role of CEO in September 2010.
Prior to entering her role with AGResearch, Patti managed the EDS Executive Stock Plan and held accounting/management positions with Wells Fargo Business Credit and ITT Financial Services. She brings her unique background to AGResearch, lending us her solid insight and experience.
Patti, a graduate of Southern Methodist University, resides in McKinney, Texas along with her husband of 40+ years and their beloved Shih Tzu’s. A longtime member of the WBCS, Patti spends her free time playing golf and Facetiming with her grandson.
Alissa B. Hawkins
President, Chief Operating Officer
Alissa joined AGResearch in 2003 bringing 10+ years of executive level research experience and management to the AGR Team. In January 2020, Alissa was promoted to President and COO, retaining her current responsibilities as Director of Research Services.
Prior to joining AGResearch, Alissa held the position of Director of Research at two retained search firms and formerly managed her own research firm. Alissa participates in local research organizations and is a member of many national associations.
Alissa resides in the northwest suburbs of Atlanta, Georgia with her two sons and menagerie of dogs and cats.
Larry joined AGResearch in 2005 bringing decades of experience in the recruiting and human resources field, working across all industries. In January 2020, Larry was promoted to Vice President, retaining his current responsibilities as Director of Candidate Development.
He has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Old Dominion University where his major was Human Resource Management.
Larry resides in the historic Richmond, Virginia area with his wife, son, daughter and plethora of pets. He enjoys the outdoors, is a Marathon finisher and competes in triathlons.

Our Research group delivers verified real-time information based upon titling and target lists generated by you or in conjunction with you and on the action plan created during our kick-off call. We deliver original research which includes Name, Title, Telephone and Email and Direct Dial when available. This information is sent to you daily so that you stay on top of the project, steering and redirecting, if necessary, as the project moves forward.
Our Candidate Development team works in tandem with our Research group or as a stand alone service pre-qualifying candidates. Qualified, interested candidates are presented real-time with a resume and interview summary. Project summaries and call reports (including candidate status and intelligence gained) are delivered weekly. You can hire one candidate or ten – the only cost to you is our hourly fee. Our cost per hires are impressive.
